Above is a photo of a pair of Hyacinth Macaws that I took three days ago at a small farm in the Southern Pantanal of Brazil. The farm is just a few miles up the road from Refugio da Ilha, where I am currently volunteering. The nest box was placed at the farm by projeto arara azul.
